About the Journal

Aim

Nursing Depths Series: Critical Care, Geriatrics and Beyond is a specialized journal focused on advancing the science and practice of advanced nursing care across critical, geriatric, emergency, oncology, and respiratory domains. The journal seeks to explore the deep, multifaceted nature of nursing care in high-complexity environments, with particular attention to patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the evolving roles of advanced practice nurses.

Our primary aim is to provide a platform for scholarly dialogue, clinical innovation, and research dissemination in specialized nursing fields that demand high levels of autonomy, decision-making, and care integration. We are committed to promoting reflective practice, ethical leadership, and the humanization of care in the face of clinical complexity, aging populations, acute health crises, and end-of-life care. The journal supports the development of nursing professionals through critical inquiry, evidence-based contributions, and the dissemination of best practices in advanced nursing contexts.
